We have a wonderful new event to announce at the Morbid Anatomy Museum!

National Geographic photographer Erika Larsen debuts her latest book, Sàmi, Walking With Reindeer, and presents findings from four years of living with and documenting the indigenous Scandinavian population. Larsen's talk will focus on the unique human-animal interactions of this primarily reindeer herding people and the symbiotic relationship between the Sámi and their environment, as well as her own insights into the cultural and spiritual life of the Sámi.

Mark your calendars for the next Morbid Anatomy Flea Market at the Bell House! Remember that members not only gain early access to the flea at 11 am, one hour before doors open to the general public, but can now jump the line at any point throughout the day! Memberships start at just $50 per year. To learn more or purchase your membership please click here.

There's still time to enter for a chance to win a spot in one of our popular anthropomorphic mouse taxidermy classes with resident taxidermist Divya Anantharaman and a complimentary Morbid Anatomy Taxidermy Kit! Entries are just $5 or 5 for $20 here.

We look forward to seeing you at the opening party for our next exhibition, House of Wax: Anatomical, Pathological, and Ethnographic Waxworks from Castan's Panopticum, Berlin, 1869-1922.
